Rick Blackshear is well known as a professional photographer in Griffin and the surrounding area. He has operated Blackshear Photography in Griffin for the past 11 years. Rick graduated with an Associate’s Degree from Young Harris College, and with a BA in Psychology from LaGrange College. His love of photography began while he was in high school. Rick is also a member of the Georgia Professional Photographers Association. He continues to study and learn from fellow professionals in his field.

Rick makes his home in Griffin with his wife, Susie, and their two children, Jordan and Hope. He is an active community volunteer in many organizations and a member of the Griffin United Methodist Church.
